Milling of existing surface. Spread cement and aggregate as provisioned in the mix design
Pulverize existing DBM layer till the bottom of cracked Asphalt layer. Cold Recycling with a combination of RAP + virgin bitumen + OPC
Grading of pulverized layer and Treat In situ with WR 240 with Foamed Bitumen to stabilized Pulverized layer
Compact using heavy roller soil compactor (Pneumatic and sheep foot roller) to achieve required density
Tack coat over recycled surface and Wearing course provided over cold recycled surface
