The company has achieved more than 10,00,000 (One Million) Square Meter of Microsurfacing with a single machine in FY 2022 immediately after establishment.
Half yearly achievement of FY 2023 is commendable, more than One million Square Meter completed and targeted to achieve more than 20,00,000
(Two Million) Square Meter.
The main objective of Maintenance management is to provide a safe and efficient road to the road user. Safety Management and Quality control forms an integral part of routine maintenance management.
PPE (Personal protective Equipments) shall be followed strictly by all employees while working on site and record TBT (Tool Box Talk) on daily basis. We strictly follow SQP (Safety, Quality and Progress) system in our routine operations without compromising on Safety, Quality and timely delivery of projects to our clients

Routine Maintenance
These are works that are undertaken each year that are funded from the recurrent budget. Activities can be grouped into cyclic and reactive works types. Cyclic works are those undertaken where the maintenance standard indicates the frequency at which activities should be undertaken. Reactive works are those where intervention levels, defined in the maintenance standard, are used to determine when maintenance is needed.
Periodic Maintenance
These include activities undertaken at intervals of several years to preserve the structural integrity of the road, or o enable the road to carry increased axle loadings. Works can be grouped into the works types of preventive, esurfacing, overlay and pavement reconstruction.
Special Maintenance
These are activities whose need cannot be estimated with any certainty in advance. The activities include emergency works to repair landslides and washouts that result in the road being cut or made impassable or clearing road stretches post accidents and tending to the injured.
Preventive Maintenance
These are proactive measures which are taken in anticipation of expected deterioration of the road. Preventive maintenance is a program strategy that arrests light deterioration, retards progressive failures, and reduces the need for routine maintenance activities.
